How does your Ecommerce Growth Consulting look like?

We offer tailored Ecommerce Growth Consulting, working closely with you over a three-month period to analyze your current challenges and the status quo of your business. This includes a deep dive into your online store, customer acquisition strategy (covering creatives, performance marketing, influencer marketing), your customer retention strategy (email marketing and CRM), as well as your organizational setup and recruiting process. Based on our insights, we develop a clear, actionable strategy to scale your brand, increase profitability, and drive sustainable growth. You will also gain exclusive access to our high-level network and contacts, essentially giving you a fast track to ecommerce success. Our support includes weekly or bi-weekly strategy calls and day-to-day assistance via WhatsApp, ensuring you have our guidance every step of the way. You will work directly with us, from founder to founder.

In terms of VC, how much capital do you typically invest?

We usually invest up to 250,000 Euro in pre-seed and seed stage for approximately 25% equity. We look for a great product and brand, as well as a product-market fit. We have an extensive network of private equity firms and VCs that we collaborate with for larger capital injections.
